Keyboard-first by design
Every action has a keyboard path. The command palette (Ctrl/Cmd+Shift+P) lists all commands with their shortcuts, Ctrl/Cmd+P opens files by name and Ctrl/Cmd+Shift+O jumps to symbols. In the editor, Tab indents; press Escape and then Tab to move focus out, so the keyboard is never trapped.
Questions
Can I change the shortcuts?
Not yet. Custom keymaps are on the roadmap.
Do Vim or Emacs bindings exist?
Not in this release.
